You’ll need
500 g pumpkin (peeled and chopped)
1 large zuchinni (chopped)
1 tspn thyme
3 tbsp butter (unsalted)
3 egg yolk (cooked)
1/2 tsp cinamon
How to prepare
Place pumpkin and zuchinni in a cooking pan. Add a considerable amout of water to it and boil on medium heat. Let it cook until everything is soft. Add egg yolk, thyme, cinamon and butter. Allow to cook for a minute. Blend everything together smoothly. Serve lukewarm.

You can prepare it with any vegetable of choice. It goes well with carrots too.
