FAMILY RECIPE: Ghanaian Beans Stew & Ripe Plantain

Here’s another yummy recipe to treat your family to this weekend.
You’ll need
500 g cooked beans (black eyed beans)
1 1/2 tbsp shrimp powder
Palm oil
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning
2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
1 medium onion (diced)
2 large tomatoes (chopped)
Pepper

How to prepare
1. Pour a preferred amount of palm oil in a deep frying pan.
2. Fry onion in oil on medium heat for two minutes.
3. Stir in tomatoes, shrimp and pepper.
4. Sauté for 3 minutes and add beans.
5. Stir in seasoning and cover to cook for a minute.
6. Add parsley and adjust seasoning to taste.
7. Serve warm with fried ripe plantain.
I feel like dragging dis plate of food out ad eat it lol

I do prepare this but without parsley.Goes down well with sweet potatoes
