See How Head Teacher Punished 13-Year-Old Girl For Failing To Complete Her Homework

A 13-year-old Kenyan schoolgirl has revealed the shocking ‘punishment’ her school head teacher, Alex Otieno, served her in his office for not completing her homework.

Standard Media reports the unidentified girl said in court:

“The teacher escorted me to his office after he found that I had not finished my homework. In his office he defiled me and warned me not to tell anyone.

My classmate asked me what was wrong but I was scared of telling her. I ended up telling her when we were leaving the school.”

Her classmate, who also served as a witness, also told the court:

“When she came from the teacher’s office she appeared shaken but when I inquired what had happened she refused to tell me. She disclosed what had happened when we were leaving school that evening.”

She added that she convinced her to report the incident to her mum.

Her mum told the court:

“My daughter came home and appeared shaken. When I enquired what had happened, the friend told her ‘si sueme’. She then told me that her teacher had defiled her.”

The incident was reported to the police and tests carried out at the hospital proved she was indeed defiled.

The accused however said during cross examination that they had agreed that the girl should not complete her homework so that he could call her into his office and have sex with her.

He has now bagged 25 years in prison.
