Power Bike Crash: President Buhari All Smiles as He Reunites With Son, Yusuf, After a Successful Medical Trip to Germany
President Muhammadu Buhari was all smiles as he received his son, Yusuf Buhari, who arrived Nigeria last night after his medical trip to Germany.
Yusuf, the only son of the President, who was critically injured during a drag-racing powerbike accident in Gwarinpa, Abuja last year, in which he broke his limb and sustained a head injury, was transferred to Germany for further medical attention after undergoing a surgery in an Abuja based hospital.
The handsome young man was received at the airport by the Minister of State for Health.
His mum, the First lady of Nigeria, Aisha Buhari who couldn’t hide her happiness took to her social media page share photos from the reunion and wrote;
”We thank God for the return of our son Yusuf today after his medical trip. On arrival he was received by the Minister of Health (State) Dr. Osagie at the airport, while at the Villa he was welcomed by family members, Wife of the Vice President, the Interior minister, Governor Yaya Bello & associates.
On behalf of the family I wish to express our appreciation for the goodwill & prayers since the unfortunate accident. May God Almighty bless all & continue to guide us all aright.”

Yusuf and his friend, Bashir Gwandu, were involved in a ghastly accident on December 26th while riding their power bikes in Gwarimpa, Abuja at about 8pm.
