Nigerian Feminists Are Calling For Presidential Aspirant, Fela Durotoye’s Head And This Is Why
Nigerian feminists are calling for Nigerian presidential aspirant, Fela Durotoye‘s head following what they term inappropriate description of his running mate, Khadijat Abdullahi-Iya during Saturday presidential debate.
During the debate, while attempting to answer a question on gender inclusivity, Durotoye had described Abdullahi-Iya as a “beautiful and delectable” lady; a comment which feminists on Twitter are kicking against.
Some of them alleged that describing the woman as such means that all Durotoye obviously thinks she has to offer is her beauty and sex appeal, while some others alleged that in a saner clime, he could be sued for sexual harrassment.
