Ayo ‘AY’ Makun Shares A Thought-Provoking Lesson His Friend’s Experience Taught Him About Loyalty
Nigerian actor, comedian, and showbiz personality, Ayodeji Richard Makun, 47, popularly known by his stage name, AY took to his Instagram page to share a thought-provoking issue on loyalty with his followers, and it is spot-on
His submission brings to mind the saying that the fact that you would not eat a Lion does not mean a Lion would not eat you if you come across one.
And the truth of the matter is that, if you as a person would put this thought at the back of your mind, it will afford you the grace to forgive and move on quickly when people step on your toes. Further more, it will help you manage your expectations of people healthily.

According to the dad-of-1, his friend’s experience has taught him that loyalty cannot be controlled. He opined that the fact that you have been good to someone does not automatically mean he will be good to you, in return. And that you value a person does not mean he values you in return. AY concluded that the people you love the most could turn around to be the people you can trust the least.

“A friend’s experience just taught me that you can’t control someone’s loyalty. No matter how good you are to them, doesn’t mean that they will treat you the same. No matter how much they mean to you, doesn’t mean that they’ll value you the same. Sometimes the people you love the most, turn out to be the people you can trust the least.”
