Simi Shares On How Having A Child Has Made Her More Empathic [VIDEO]

Nigerian singer and songwriter, Simisola Kosoko simply known as Simi has shared on how motherhood has impacted her life.

In a video sighted on social media, Simi who welcomed her bundle of joy in 2020 revealed that having a child has really given her a better perspective about parenting unlike before becoming a mother.

According to the first-time-mum, giving birth to daughter, Adejare, made her understand and share the feelings of other mothers.

The ‘Duduke’ hitmaker who had her first child with the love of her life, Adekunle Gold cited an example of how frustrating it used to be hearing a baby cry at a public gathering, but now that she has a baby too, she understands why most parents react differently to such situation.

Adding to her point, Simi says that it used to be easy to question the parenting of other people but now that she’s wearing the same shoes, she’s now more empathic.
