Killaboi Saga: ‘This Is Getting Out Of Hands’ -Toyin Lawani Cries Out As She Issues Strong Warnings To Parents
Celebrity stylist, Toyin Lawani, has reacted to the tragic death of a young Nigerian lady who was gruesomely murdered by her lover in Lagos.
The fashion designer took to social media to lament about the length at which young people, particularly girls, go to lead fake lifestyle.
The proud mom of three stated this while reacting to the sad story of the young girl, identified as Augusta Osedion, who was stabbed to death by her boyfriend, Killaboi, in Lagos.
26-year-old Killaboi sparked uproar on Monday, July 17, after he confessed to stabbing his girlfriend to death on social media.
While he claimed it was a mistake that occurred during an argument, viral reports alleged that he killed her and removed her body parts for ritual purposes.
Reacting to this heartbreaking incident, Toyin emphasized the role of parents in ensuring their children follow the right path.
In her post, she said this is the time parents need to start pulling their children’s ears against fake lifestyle. She asked parents to be on the look out and teach their children the right part.
She expressed deep concern about the alarming rate at which young people are involved in unimaginable acts and stressed the urgent need for parents to take responsibility and take decisive action.
Lawani further criticized parents for being lax about their children’s suspicious lifestyles without thoroughly investigating their means of earning a living.
She noted that in the case of the deceased young lady, her social media page exhibited a strong focus on a lavish lifestyle, which possibly influenced her choice of boyfriend.
She wrote:
