Mum Rages After A Man At JAMB CBT Centre Took Her Number From The System To Chat With Her 15-Year-Old Daughter
A Nigerian mum has gone online to express her rage after a predator who works at the JAMB CBT center took her phone number from their system to chat with her teenage daughter.
The mum on Twitter known as @iphieajike revealed that she had utilized her phone number to register her 15-year-old daughter for JAMB.
Apparently, the man thought he was chatting with the daughter directly and even went ahead with the chat despite being reminded that the girl is just 15. He also told the girl that her mother must not see the chat.

Took Jaya to the CBT center to register for JAMB today, I used my number to set up her profile and now one of the staff from the center is chatting me up thinking I’m Jaya.
He’s going to FAFO!
Lol. This guy is committing so many criminal offenses at once it’s crazy. He’s still chatting with me. He says he got her number from the system after she registered and left cos he couldn’t help himself. JAMB where are my daughter’s data protection rights?”

Meanwhile, the mum’s tweet has received the attention of JAMB. The examination body said the culprit with be “brought to book”.
