”Woe unto any man that marries Tboss…”– Reality Star’s Father Lays a Curse on His Children
Engr. Vincent Idowu, the father of Nigerian reality TV show (Big Brother Naija) star, Tokunbo Idowu a.k.a TBoss, who is also a Department of Civil Engineering lecturer at Ambrose Alli University (AAU), has laid a curse on any man who takes his daughter’s hand in marriage.
News went round earlier today that Engr. Idowu wedded over the weekend and his children were noticeably absent.
Reacting to people’s enquiries on why his grown children were excluded from the ceremony, TBoss’s father revealed that Tboss and her other siblings have abandoned him and that the last time he set his eyes on Tboss was in August 2016, adding that her mother left him on good grounds in 2006.
He further said that he is moving on with his life without his children and that when Tboss and any of her siblings get married, it shall be without his blessings, saying, ”woe unto the man or the woman who marries any of them. So shall it be by the power vested on me by God Almighty.”
Responding to a critic who mentioned that he looked like a roasted goat on his wedding day, the newly married wrote on Instagram;
”When destiny smiles on someone, he forgets that there is life elsewhere. If I look like a roasted goat on my wedding day, that’s cool but that writer will soon become a resident of a subcity where people with severed limbs, broken bones, amputations, stinking blind and lame reside. THIS IS A PROMISE.
I live a humble, private life and did not intimate TBoss or any of her siblings of my plan to remarry in accordance with my tradition/custom. Furthermore, I did not make public or post anything about my marriage.
I am starting a new beginning and clearing the slate of all the wrong decisions I made in my life. I just want to forget Tokunbor (TBoss) and her siblings and start life afresh for all its worth.
If and wherever Tboss and any of her siblings gets married, it shall be without my blessings and woe unto the man or the woman who marries any of them. So shall it be by the power vested on me by God Almighty”.

He continues;
”Ordinarily, I really wouldn’t like to make any comment here knowing how petty and unreasonable most Nigerians are. I am neither a politician, a business mogul nor money ritualist. I am just a humble, comfortable old man.
There was never a time I bragged of my wealth. And I have been a devoted and honest civil servant all my life. So, are Nigerians celebrating wealth or honesty? I am proud that I served my country faithfully and with integrity. I never took one kobo bribe as a Civil Servant and as a lecturer I never took one Kobo for blocking.
Those Nigerians jeering at my simplicity should cover their heads with shame. TBoss and her siblings have their lives and certainly without me. I never asked TBoss for one Kobo and I have never seen Wendy for over 13years though she visits Nigeria regularly in the past 10years from Romania.
The last time I saw Tokunbor (TBoss) was in August 2016. Their mother left me on good grounds in 2006. Even God found out that it was not proper for man ( Adam) to live alone so He created Eve to be Adam’s companion. So, what’s wrong in having a devoted and understanding companion as wife even at my old.”
Engr. Vincent, tied the nuptial knots with his new wife, a Level 400 Student of the Department of Building, Faculty of Environmental Studies.
It was gathered that the venue of the Wedding was filled to its capacity as family members, friends, Lecturers and students turned up for the event.

The Event wish was recorded as one of the Biggest events ever seen in the great town of Ubiaja witnessed the Presence of Royalties, Doctors, Professors, as well as Professions across all walks of Life.
Speaking with AAUEDU blog, one of the Students in the Department of Civil Engineering who identified himself as Courage Joel iterated that Engr. Vincent Idowu was one of the most friendly lecturers in the department and has as well played more of a Fatherly Role to his students, Financially, Socially and Educationally.

Surprisingly, he was very much in support of the reality TV star when she emerged runner-up in the competition last year.
When she had an issue with former housemate Kemen when they were in the house, Engr. Idowu reacted after being provoked by a joke cracked by AY comedian concerning the situation.
He wrote:
”I felt horrified that AY the comedian would make a joke from others’ pains and heartbreaks. Within 5minutes of meeting her brother at the Airport upon her arrival in Nigeria, TBoss directed her brother to start all legal proceedings against Kemen.
When the issue was brought to my attention, l I knew TBoss was deeply hurt by Kemen’s action. I will stand by my daughter any day and will go to any length to protect and uphold her dignity. As for Helen Paul, she NEVER liked TBoss. God will judge her accordingly. Hater.
AY, it’s most unfortunate that you have heaped burning coal of fire on your daughter’s head. With time you will cry more than I cried for the humiliation meted out to my daughter in the Big Brother Naija 2017 House by Kemen. AY, I WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU. Your wife and all your daughters shall be raped before your very own eyes. This is a solemn promise. Just wait.
Was Kemen the only male in Biggie’s House? TBoss abhorred his sexual overtures and she told him so on several occasions. Kemen’s action should be condemned by all and sundry.”
