Knowing when to stand up for yourself is a plus for every one as a Mancunian lady, Olivia Bland, 23, turned down an employment offer to a prospective abusive employer.
According to Bland, she had attended an interview for a position at a company in the UK. She recounted how, after 2 rigorous hours at the interview, in which the CEO of the company, Craig Dean ‘tore’ her and her works into shreds, she had left the venue uncomfortable.
Probably following her success at the interview, Bland was offered employment which she turned down. She however took her rejection a notch higher by writing the company to express her dismay at how the CEO handled the interview saying, no one should come out of an interview feeling so upset they resort to crying at the bus stop.
Bland, who took to Twitter to narrate her ordeal, had many twitter users identifying with her story, with majority of them appreciating her for speaking not only for herself, but for other people who had gone through same.
