Disciplinarian Dad, Femi Adeoye, Earns Critical Appointment By Governor Kayode Fayemi After He Did This To His Son Who Flouted Lock Down Order
Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti state has offered an appointment to a Nigerian dad who denied his son entry into his home after returning from Lagos. Mr Femi Adeoye, a resident of Ekiti state and a retired FRSC official, became a viral sensation yesterday after a video of him insisting he will not admit his son into his home after the latter flouted restriction orders and made his way to Ekiti state from Lagos State- the epicenter of the COVID-19 infection in Nigeria.
Disappointed at his son’s indiscipline and trifling of the pandemic at hand, Adeoye stuck to his guns, saying his son must submit himself to the state government officials in Ekiti so he can be isolated for a period of 14 days; until that was done, his son who seemed distraught stood no chance to enter into his home.
According to Mr Adeoye, he is only so adamant because he is trying to avoid a situation where his son becomes a ”distributior” of the virus in the state.

Impressed by Mr Adeoye’s discipline, Governor Kayode Fayemi, on Thursday afternoon April 30, invited him to his office where he applauded him and then offered him an appointment to be the COVID-19 Response Ambassador in Ekiti State.
