Nearly 6-months-old pregnant Kim Kardashian, 34, who is expecting her second child, a baby boy, with hubby, Kanye West, on Monday, squeezed her baby bump and curves into a skintight frock, fashioned to look like a white top and grey high-waisted skirt, as she did some shopping at Barneys New York in Beverly Hills.
She wore a khaki coat over her dress and completed the look with a pair of spindly stilettos with rope straps.
