Baby Recipe: Lasagna


Hey, mums! Here’s another yummy and healthy recipe to excite your baby’s taste buds. Appropriate from 12 months.


2 tbsp cooking oil
Green beans (chopped and cooked)
1 medium onion (diced)
4 lasagna sheets (cracked into bits and cooked)
300 g minced meat
2 tomatoes (chopped)
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 bay leaf
1 dl water
1 tbsp corn starch
11/5 dl mashroom (chopped)
1/2 dl cooking cream
A little shredded cheese (optional)
Black pepper

How to prepare
*Fry onion for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, seasoning and black pepper.
*Cover to cook for 5 minutes. Stirring consistently.
*Add tomato paste, water, green beans, bay leaf and meat.
*Stir and cover to cook for 10 minutes on low medium heat.
*Stir in cooking cream and cheese. Leave to cook for another 5 minutes.
*Add the cooked lasagna sheets and stir.
*Leave to cook on low to medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
*Serve lukewarm.
