‘Last night my angel left me, my first love stopped breathing’ Comedian, Basketmouth Moans Mum’s Death

Popular Nigerian comedian, Basketmouth, who recently experienced a robbery attack (read here) at his Lekki home, lost his mum last night, October 3, 2016.

The bereaved father of two took to his Instagram page a few hours ago to announce the death of his angel and first love by posting a photo of her. He wrote:

”Last night my angel left me, my first love stopped breathing and it’s the deepest pain I’ve ever felt. I love you for every sacrifice you made to make me the man I am today, I’ve loved you through the tough times.

I’ve loved you through happier days and all I can say at this point is that I will love you forever. I will miss you mummy.”
