A proud and fit dad, Brixfitness, a former ‘Fat boy’ took to Instagram to write about how his beautiful young daughter motivated him to investing in his health.
The cute father of two shared before and after photos of himself and daughter, he wrote:
“I had to do it for her. I had to show her what self respect looked like. I had to give her an example of a promise kept. I had to invest in my health so I could walk her down the aisle, with my head held high with no pain in my knees or my back. I had to do it so she knew that there was nothing more important than her health”
