1-Year-Old Boy Dies in Daycare Under Mysterious Circumstances
The strange death of a 1-year-old boy found dead at his daycare is being investigated. The incident happened in Muskegon, Detroit. An 8-year-old girl who was also at the daycare, is also being investigated in connection to the death.
The child’s mother, Bryanna Reasonover, who went to pick up the toddler and two other kids like she normally would on a typical day, says her son, Korey Brown, was laying in a playpen, unresponsive.
There were four children being cared for in the home, the youngest being 1 year old, the oldest being 8 years old. According to investigations by the Muskegon Police Chief, Jeffrey Lewis, it appears that there were adults in the home, but the children were left unsupervised for an unknown period of time. It’s believed Korey was crying about something when the other child stepped in to help. He also revealed that the prime witness is 5 years old.
It’s very frustrating to not know what happened, to know that he was suffering when all he probably wanted was his mommy,” Reasonover said.
Reasonover also described her son as joyful and playful, sadly remembering that he just started to walk a few weeks ago.
Detroit free press reveals that the 8-year-old child is being interviewed by police. No official cause of death has been released and police have not released the name of the child care center.
