Adopted Girl, Faith, Busted After Staging Own Abduction With Boyfriend | Video
A 300 level student of the Oduduwa University (OUI), Ile-Ife, Osun State; identified as Faith has been caught in the very act. Story has it that Faith staged her own abduction with her boyfriend (names unknown), and the two of them demanded a ransom of N14m from her ‘mother’ who paid to ‘regain’ her freedom.

Faith’s mother had paid the ransom before the bubble burst when the said boyfriend went to consult a herbalist, allegedly, to use Faith for rituals. It was the said herbalist that went to the police to report the boy and he was arrested.
Following the arrest, the boy confessed to the fake abduction, which prompted Faith’s mother to storm the school, and get her arrested, too. After her arrest, further investigations revealed that Faith had also given her school fees to the said boyfriend.
The pathetic aspect of this story is that the woman is not Faith’s biological mother but her adoptive mother who took responsibilities over her after her real mother died. This woman also magnanimously enrolled this fraudulent child in a private university and plotting to defraud her was Faith’s best reward to her.
In a video shared online, the woman could be seen beating Faith while ensuring she moved her belongings out of the school.
