Kim Kardashian Speaks On Motherhood
New mom Kim Kardashian has been noticeably quiet since the birth of her daughter North, but she came out of Internet hiding on Wednesday with a post on her blog.
“Wanted to say thank you,” Kardashian tweeted with a link.
“These past couple of weeks have been filled with the most exciting experiences of my life,” the 32-year-old told her fans and followers. “I’m enjoying this time to fully embrace motherhood and spend time at home with my family.”
That includes boyfriend Kanye West, with whom she welcomed little North. The baby girl, the first child for both stars, arrived earlier than planned on June 15.
Since then, Kardashian hasn’t been seen out and about publicly, a rarity for the reality star that is often photographed and filmed going about her daily life. Dad, Kanye has been spotted out in Los Angeles here and there, but we know that he doesn’t have quite the same relationship with the paparazzi as his girlfriend.
“I’ve been reading all of your messages and want to thank you all for your sweet thoughts and best wishes,” Kardashian said in her post. “It truly means everything to me. I am so blessed to have the support of my family and fans in this beautiful moment.”
