Disturbing Footage of Little Boy Heavily Smoking Marijuana Surfaces on Facebook
Chicago Police have launched an investigation after a video showing an adult teaching a little boy how to smoke what appears to be marijuana surfaced on Facebook. Wearing a diaper, the little boy is seen sitting on a chair as he smoked heavily, getting intoxicated.
The adult who recorded the video, suspected to be his dad, can be heard urging him on. The footage was found on Facebook by a community activist in Chicago called Andrew Holmes, who turned it over to police on Wednesday night.
No arrests have been made so far.
