ICONOLA Boss, Olamide Agunloye Opens Up On Her Heartbreaking Domestic Violence With Ex Husband, Dare Ajayi (Ibidun Ajayi-Ighodalo’s Brother)
In a series of video clips on Dang Network Monologue ‘Speak Your Truth’, Olamide Agunloye, Iconola Enterprise Boss opens up on how she stayed on in an abusive marriage for 7 years.
She confessed that prior to her facing violence in her relationship and then marriage, she was one of those who advocated, passionately against the vice, constantly saying, “If he touches me just once I’m leaving him.”
On many occasions, the mom-of-3 who was married to Dare Ajayi, elder brother of Ibidun Ajayi-Ighodalo, wife of popular Lagos pastor, Ituah Ighodalo, confessed she came close to death in the hands of her husband but she hanged in there, too timid to speak out.
She also opened up about the many beatings she got from her husband, the many times she moved out of her matrimonial home and the many more times she kept going back for one reason or the other.
Her story is so touching one can not do justice in narrating it on her behalf.
