Celebrities like actresses, Adesua Etomi -Wellington, Tonto Dikeh, comedienne and mom, Warri Pikin, Temi Otedola, dance queen, Kaffy, and some other female celebrities have joined singer, Simi’s #NobodyLikeWoman trend to share how society shamed them.

Mom-of-one, Simi began the trend by sharing with us the kind of pain some women go through because of how society perceived or shamed them just because of their marital status, career path, and things they are yet to achieve or level they’re yet to attain that their mates have achieved in life.

Some of the female celebrities have joined the trend to share with us how they were shamed by society.

Adesua, who is now a mom-of-one disclosed that after her wedding, she was constantly asked why she’s not pregnant yet and as a married woman she was expected to give birth very soon.

Warri Pikin disclosed how she was shamed after marriage with people saying her husband must be mumu to have married her.

Tonto Dikeh also shared with us how she’s been mocked for not being able to stay in a man’s house.

Dance instructor and mom-of-two, Kaffy highlighted some of the demeaning words people said to her.

Dancer? Is that a job?

You have no future, No security!

You just want to be a prostitute.

Dance is a sinful, devilish tool.

Immoral!

When will you retire?

You can’t raise a good family.

You have no value in the society!

You’re too smart to waste as a dancer!
