Gospel Musician, Sammie Okposo’s Wife Finally Reacts To His Infidelity Scandal

The wife of famous Gospel singer, Sammie Okposo has reacted to the open letter her husband shared hours ago after returning to Instagram.

A few hours ago, Sammie returned to Instagram after initially deactivating his account due to backlash from his infidelity .

Recall that last week Tuesday, January 25, Sammie tendered a public apology where he admitted cheating on his wife with an American lady he met last year, 2021.

The public apology was tendered after the American lady identified as African Doll had on Monday accused the singer of abandoning her after learning that their affair had led to pregnancy.

“We both know that we didn’t use protection. We both know that we were wrong. There is still a way to handle things. He didn’t handle it right. I am not saying he has to bow to me but there is a way you do things.

Turning your back on me is wrong. Any woman on earth won’t feel okay about it. It doesn’t feel good to be abandoned or to be thrown to the side. I cannot be walking around thinking about it, life goes on,”

she disclosed in an interview with Obodo Oyinbo TV.

After the interview went viral, Sammie deactivated his Instagram account.

Now, Sammie has returned to Instagram and he shared a post about God freeing him from the power of sin.

In his post, the singer noted that he cannot be condemned because he is the righteousness of God. He added that he is no longer bound by the fear of men and God loves him just as he is.

He wrote:

“I am the righteousness of God in Christ. I am born of God the life of God is in me; Christ in me the hope of glory I am free from the law, from the power of sin. I am no longer bound by the fear of men.

God’s grace is available sufficient and working for me. Jesus already saved me not because of any works of righteousness that I have done, but because of His own compassion and mercy, by the cleansing of the new birth (spiritual transformation, regeneration) and renewing by the Holy Spirit.
