Divorced Dad, Paul Okoye Opens Op On His New Relationship With 22-Year-Old Lover: ‘I’ve Been Single For 4 Years Before I Met Ifeoma’
Afrobeat singer and one half of music duo ‘PSquare’, Paul Okoye has made an interesting revelation on his divorce from wife, Anita Okoye and his new relationship.
In a very recent Instagram live session, the singer and father of three who is better known as Rudeboy, left many bewildered when he stated that he has been single for 4 years.
You will recall that Paul and Anita’s divorce got finalized days back, a year after Anita filed for divorce.
Speaking on their divorce, Paul revealed that he and Anita have been divorced for a long time and have been single for 4 years.
On his new relationship, Paul made it clear that he was a divorcee when he met his now girlfriend, 22-year-old Ivy Ifeoma.
Addressing those questioning if he would marry Ifeoma, Paul told them to wait for their IVPs. He added that he has love for all the trolls despite their mean comments. He stated:
“You know me I do keep things private. I have been single for 4years and I have been divorced for a long time. I have been divorced before I met Ifeoma. If I would marry her, wait till I send you IV. To all the trolls I still love you.”
Ifeoma and Paul became an item to the surprise of many after an Abuja court dissolved his marriage to Anita Isama.
Anita filed for divorce last year, on the grounds of cheating, separation, being an absentee father, fraud, and difficult experiences.

In her fillings, Anita dragged Paul for sleeping with their housemaid, Florence. According to court documents that surfaced online, Paul was inviting Florence to hotels to carry out their illicit affairs.
The court documents revealed that Paul had thrown Anita and her sister out of the house when they discovered his affair with their housemaid.
He also boasted that the reason for his actions was to ensure that Anita’s wings were clipped and that she had no one else to lean on.
It was also shocking to know that Paul hadn’t been interested in his kids’ upbringing and had rarely participated in disciplining his children.
Also, Paul had reneged on his promise to Anita and had failed to give her brand, TannkCo a space in the mall which they both built.
All of these and more led to Anita Okoye’s decision to file for divorce
A year after her filing the court, an Abuja High court sitting in Maitama granted Anita and Paul divorce. Anita, no doubt emerged victorious, as she requested a monthly settlement of $20,000 and a number of her husband’s mansions.
