Woman Crashes Her Car Into A Home While Praying And Driving With Her Eyes Closed

A Florida woman has gotten herself into trouble after driving straight into a house belonging to one Mary Esther while allegedly driving and praying with her eyes closed.

After the incident, the 28-year-old Fort Walton Beach woman was taken to the hospital for evaluation.

According to the Northwest Florida Daily News, the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office said the woman blew through a stop sign, went through the intersection and ran into the yard of a house on Miramar Drive.

She tried to back out, but her tires spun in the sand.

According to the OCSO, the unnamed woman said she was praying at the time of the accident and had her eyes closed.

Following her actions, she was cited for reckless driving with property damage and fortunately, no one in the house was injured.
