Hollywood Actress Scarlett Johansson Files For Divorce From Her Husband
32-year-old actress, Scarlett Johansson, has reportedly filed for divorce from her estranged husband Romain Dauriac. This is however, not coming to fans as a surprise, as the couple seperated last summer.
This does not look like it will be a peaceful divorce, as Just Shared reports that Scarlett has requested to have primary custody of the couple’s two-year-old daughter Rose. Romain’s lawyer also released a statement on behalf of his client saying that he is ready to fight Scarlett for their daughter.
The couple started dating in 2012, got engaged a year later and married in October 2014 shortly after the birth of their daughter. They split their time between New York and Paris.
After the breakup the parents had an informal co-parenting agreement where they each spent every other week with Rose.
“She would take the child on these trips like when she shooting in New Zealand,” a source close to the case said.
That didn’t seem effective as the source claims that the little girl was shuttling around the world between two parents. When Romain protested that his life was starting to revolve around Johansson’s schedule, he was told by her lawyer that “this is what they do in Hollywood,” the source said.
This will be Johansson’s second divorce, after she was previously married to actor Ryan Reynolds from 2008 to 2011.
I am not surprised. After the separation, I knew this would happen next.
