Ireti & Patrick Doyle’s Marriage Allegedly Hits the Rocks

A few days after granting an interview where she revealed what she went through when she got pregnant at 17, speculations are flying about Ireti‘s marriage to Patrick Doyle.

After serving us hot couple goals for about 20 years and 12 months, we gathered that the marriage between veteran Nollywood stars Ireti and Patrick Doyle, may have packed up. The couple share six children between them.

Ireti who met and married her husband in 1999 after he lost his wife, have often been counted among Nollywood’s most successful marriages. As a result, nobody would have expected to hear that they have been living apart for sometime now.

According to FlipTV, a source close to the couple claim the Tinsel and Wedding Party star actress moved out of her matrimonial home, and has since moved into an apartment at the Anthony Village area of Lagos state.

Even though the couple are yet to confirm or deny this development, the source claims they have been separated for a long time, but have chosen to remain friends. Ireti is quoted to have said this when asked why they haven’t been spotted together in a long time:

“We are both busy people and you find that, in any one given weekend, we’ve both been invited to three or four different events where all three or four people are expecting to see us so we play it smart, we share it; if you’ve seen one you’ve seen the other.”
