Update! Blac Chyna & Rob Kardashian Finally Agree to Split the Custody of their Daughter Equally

Despite their fierce court battle, Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna are splitting custody of their eight-month-old daughter, Dream equally.

TMZ who reported the arrangement as “loose”, claims Rob will been looking after the baby four days a week and Chyna the remaining three.

It was also reported that the estranged pair have no plans to go to court over the parenting arrangement, and Rob was even looking after baby Dream as Chyna went to court yesterday to seek a restraining order.

According to TMZ:

“Sources close to mom and dad tell us Rob and Chyna have been operating under an unwritten arrangement where they each are entitled to physical custody 50% of the time. We’re told the arrangement has been “loose by consent” and recently Rob has had the kid 4 days a week and Blac Chyna picks up the remaining 3.

The staff of nannys/baby nurses are always present. Our sources say they have had no problem on co-parenting, which includes child-rearing decisions. Somehow they have been able to wall off their personal beef.

We’re also told Rob and Blac Chyna have no plan to go to court and ask a judge to make a formal child custody order, although we are told they will probably memorialize the arrangement in writing”.

The court hearing came as Chyna spoke out in an exclusive interview with ABC News, saying she felt ‘devastated and betrayed’ by the reality TV star.

Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner James E. Blancarte issued the temporary restraining order pending a hearing set for August  8.

Chyna, flanked by her lawyer, Lisa Bloom and co-counsel Walter Mosley, spoke outside the court saying:

”This was a restraining order to protect Dream and I’m just gonna get back to co-parenting Dream.”

Civil rights attorney Bloom, said of the court hearing:

”I am please to announce that in court this morning we had a complete and total victory, the judge gave us everything we asked for which is a set of very strong and enforceable restraining orders against Rob Kardashian restraining him from coming near her and restraining him from cyberbullying, restraining him posting anything about her online of a personal nature including photos and videos.

As we have said all along revenge porn is a form of domestic abuse, it is also a crime in California and 38 other states and it is a civil wrong.”

Kardashian’s attorney also spoke outside the court after the hearing, saying:

”We had a brief appearance in court, we agreed to stipulate to the temporary restraining order and all the conditions…our primary concern going forward is the health and welfare of the baby and we are going to work towards that goal.

I personally on behalf of Rob Kardashian apologized and offered our regrets on what has taken place in the last couple of days.”
