Khloe Kardashian struggling to finalise divorce from estranged husband, Lamar Odom

It’s been one year since Khloe Kardashian filed for divorce from Lamar Odom but the only thing stopping her from finalising it is the fact that she can’t find him.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is said to have failed to make contact with her ex-husband for months as she attempts to get him to sign their divorce papers.

Khloe, 30, and her attorney are reportedly struggling to locate the NBA player to finalise the terms of the divorce, so that they can be officially end the five-year marriage.

Back in February, it appeared that the basketball professional wasn’t taking Khloe seriously by ending their marriage, saying to the news site that ‘only time will tell’ if Khloe will complete the divorce.

The 35-year-old has reportedly refused to sign the divorce papers, which has meant that 12 months on, Khloe has no choice but to Request to Enter a Default (where the divorce would go ahead without him) or Request for Dismissal (in which the divorce would be ruled out).

Lamar was last pictured three weeks ago but hasn’t tweeted since September, when he said: ‘Left Hook Right Upper Cut & to the Body of all the Haterz!!!’

This was the month that Khloe first split with boyfriend French Montana, whom she dated on and off since April.

September is also when Khloe and Lamar would have been celebrating five years of marriage.

Khloe and Lamar split amid speculation of drug use and infidelity on his part, though the final straw was said to have come when a bizarre freestyle rap video of her spouse openly bragging about cheating on her was posted online on November 22.

As part of their divorce, the couple reportedly have an ‘ironclad’ prenup and the beauty is asking for no spousal support.

Khloe’s call for divorce came almost one year before her mother Kris Jenner filed from divorce from step-father Bruce Jenner so the pair have been going through a separation at the same time.

After admitting on a recent Kardashians episode that her romance with French came too soon after her separation, Khloe has now said that she doesn’t want another boyfriend.

Khloe, the third of Kris’s daughters, says she is now craving ‘companionship’, above ‘sex’ now that she is single.

She told Cosmopolitan this month: ‘I was 30 in June and by the time I hit that age I thought I would have kids and still be married. But because that’s not the way it went, you can’t sit in a ball and cry. He could be the best person in the world, that’s nothing against French. I just think I don’t want a boyfriend.’
