25-Year-Old Ekiti Man Arrested for Raping 85-Year-Old Great-Grandmother
According to a statement released by the PPRO of Ekiti State Police Command, operatives of the Department of Criminal Investigation, Ado-Ekiti have arrested 25-year-old Familola Ayodeji for raping his 85-year-old great-grandmother! This reportedly happened on December, 25, 2014.
The victim was asleep when the suspect sneaked into her room, bolted the door and forcefully took advantage of her. The suspect initially went into hiding after the act but was caught in the dragnet spread for him by detectives.
Medical report confirmed that the victim was raped by the suspect, he will soon be charged to court.
Haba atleast she is old enough to be his geat grandma. Nigerian government must take rape issue seriouse. Conmeasurate sanction must be meted out to d culprit.
