Want to maintain a youthful glow? Tailor your skin care regimen to your age. Put your best face forward at every age with these suggestions

20s- Most likely prone to acne.

*Use a gentle foaming cleanser.

*Use a moisturiser that has sunscreen during the day.

* Always wash your face before bed. Never sleep with make-up.

* Consume plenty of fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidants, healthy whole grains, lean protein, healthy fats and water.

30s- Skin is prone to sun damage

*Exfoliate regularly.

*Now is the time to visit a spa for a facial.

*Use a non-foaming cleanser and sunblock cream.

*Apply retinoid at night.

*Choose anti-aging products with synergistic, multiple ingredients, antioxidants and vitamin A to help reverse the signs of ageing.
