Mum Chops Off Three-Month-Old Baby’s Head
A 20-year-old mother, Deasia Watkins, allegedly chopped off her three-months-old daughter’s head just months after the she was born in December.
She was arrested on Monday.
The arrest came after Cincinnati police said they found the body of the young child, Janiyah, inside the home she shared with her mother.
