Mick Schumacher 15-Year-Old Son Involved In Car Crash Days After Starting F4 Career

Michael Schumacher’s teenage son, Mick had a terrifying 100mph crash, just days after starting his F4 career.

The 15-year-old joined Van Amersfoort Racing earlier this month and was practising on the Lausitzring speedway track in Brandenburg when the incident happened last weekend.

The vehicle he was driving skidded on the track and ended up on gravel by the side of the road.

According to German newspaper Die Welt, the crash was minor and Schumacher junior was not injured.

Last season the teenager finished as runner-up in the world, European and German karting championships which has prompted the offer from the Dutch team.

Schumacher senior is still recovering after his ski crash in December 2013, when the seven-times Formula One world champion suffered serious head injuries.
