Twins Drown As Mum Lets Go Of Stroller To Kill A Bee
Twin toddlers drowned in a canal after their mother let go of their stroller to swat away a bee, Mirror Online reports.
According to the meida, the 18-month-old brothers Eli and Silas’s buggy rolled down an embankment and were swept away by the current as their mum desperately tried to save them.
Alexis Keslar had been taking her sons out for a stroll last Friday when the tragedy unfolded in the US city of Yuma, Arizona.
American news website Newser reported that although she went right into the canal to try to rescue the twins, she was slowed down by its steep slope, deep waters, and powerful current.
The boys were found an hour-and-a-half later before being pronounced dead at a local hospital, US media reports.
