Two foreign construction workers in Singapore have been commended after saving a dangling toddler whose head was stuck between the rails. The men, Subramaniam Shanmuganathan and Ponnan Muthukumar, who were reportedly working nearby when they heard a shout for help and came to the rescue, have received the SCDF Public Spiritedness Award.
