Mum Forced To Give Baby Boy Up For Adoption Because She Can’t Be Trusted

A mother has had her baby son taken away from her and adopted – because she can’t be trusted to keep him away from his paedophile father, Mirroe Online reports.

According to the media, the woman, from Greater Manchester, has already had a number of children taken into care and adopted due to her “lack of insight and attendant dishonesty” in relation to her pervert partner.

The boy, her youngest child, was taken away from the mother last year.

His father has a previous conviction for a sex attack on a young boy and is awaiting trial on further child sex charges, including two alleged rapes.

Judge Lesley Newton last year directed the boy’s placement for adoption, saying that “the risks inherent in returning this child to the care of his mother are very high indeed.”

If his mother was allowed to look after him, it was “unlikely to be long” before she went behind social workers’ backs and permitted the father to have contact with him.

That, the judge said, would have the result of “exposing the child to the risk of sexual abuse”, reports Manchester Evening News.
