BABY RECIPE: Summer Squash & Banana Puree

This is appropriate to introduce to baby from 6 months.

You’ll need

482 g unripe summer squash (peeled)
270 g banana (1 big banana)
2 dl water

How to prepare

Cut squash into smaller pieces and cook on a medium heat with 2 dl water until very soft. Cut the ripe banana into smaller pieces and add it to the squash. Reduce heat to the lowest. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Blend the mixture into a soft paste. Serve warm or cold.
