15-Year-Old Recounts Horror After Teacher Tells Him She Is Pregnant For Him

An unnamed 15-year-old schoolboy has recounted his horror after Caroline Berriman (pictured above), a teaching assistant he had sex with 50 times, told him she was pregnant.

According to reports, Caroline, who was tutoring him in maths and English, contacted him on Facebook to ask for his number and they subsequently started an affair. Five months into the relationship, the boy told The Sun they got so close that Caroline’s daughter started calling him ‘dad’.

He said:

‘We would call and text each other all the time and it got more and more into a sort of relationship. Then she started ringing me on weekends, asking if I was going round to hers. It slowly got more serious. It got to a point where her daughter was calling me “dad”. I used to say to her “I’m not, I’m your mum’s friend.”

The boy said the turning point was when Berriman told him she was pregnant. He added: “Stuff like that has scarred me for life.”

The boy told his brother about their illicit affair. His mum soon found out too and threatened to report to the police if her son did not end the relationship. News got to the school and Caroline was suspended.

When the boy told Caroline that his mother has found out about their affair, he said she became angry and attacked him, claiming she would lose her daughter. He even added that she came to his house with £20,000 in cash, begging him to run away with her before he reported the abuse to Childline.

Caroline, who has now quit her teaching job, was given a two-year suspended prison sentence and ordered to carry out 250 hours of community service last week after admitting two counts of sexual activity with a child. She was also barred from further contacts with the boy.
