See What Doctor Allegedly Did to Female Patient in Kenya

A Kenyan doctor, James Mugo Ndichu, allegedly sedated and raped a female patient in one of his clinics. According to reports, a video showing him raping an unconscious woman lying on a hospital examination table was uploaded to the Internet and upon viewing the video, the victim reported to the police. He was arrested on September 10 at the Gitungo Hotel in Limuru, Kiambu County.

The infamous doctor, who has been in police custody since September 11, was last week charged with one count of rape, administering a sedative and 10 counts of operating unregistered clinics, but has now been granted bail by a Nairobi court.

Nairobi Chief Magistrate, Daniel Ogembo, released him on a Sh5 million bond with a surety of in the like sum and an alternative of Sh1 million cash bail, warning that the bond will be cancelled if he tried to contact witnesses in the case against him.
