See What Wife Did to Police Husband in Ondo During A Fight
A woman identified as Wunmi Omowa allegedly stabbed her police husband, Israel, to death during a fight at the Olu Foam area of Akure, Ondo State.
According to Punch, a police source said the couple had a misunderstanding which degenerated into a free-for-all, adding that the inspector’s wife rushed to the kitchen and returned with a knife which he used to stab her husband in the neck. He died while he was being rushed to the hospital after losing too much blood.
Speaking on the ugly incident, a neighbour who preferred to be anonymous, said, “Wunmi must have stabbed her husband in the neck to avenge the beating she got from the deceased on the fateful day because she had bruises on her face. She called us to help her rush the deceased to a private hospital, but he eventually died.”
Wunmi has been arrested while investigations continue.
Nawa oh! Let her face the law then.
