SHOCKING: See What 15-Year-Old Mum Did to Baby Shortly After Giving Birth
A 15-year-old mum has been detained by the police and charged with attempted murder after throwing her newborn baby boy from the fifth floor of a building shortly after giving birth. The baby, who survived the 33 foot fall with just a broken arm, was found by the landlord of the building in Dongguan, Southern China.
The landlord stated that he heard the baby crying while parking his bike, and found him in a rubbish heap covered with blood with a piece of his umbilical cord not far away. He called the police and the baby was rushed to the hospital.
According to DailyMail, the teenage mum known as Zhen, who became pregnant after living with her 19-year-old boyfriend, gave birth on her own in the toilet of the apartment. After giving birth, Zhen became depressed after her boyfriend said he was not interested in her and the baby and decided to throw the baby away.
She said: ‘My boyfriend was very cold and didn’t care for me and the baby. He kept on saying, don’t keep the child. I did it because I lost my mind.’
A doctor at the hospital, where the baby was treated said: ‘This baby boy fell from more than 10 metres up (33 feet), his present condition could be said to be a miracle.’
The case is still under investigation and the police say they are looking for Zhen’s boyfriend who has not been seen since the incident occurred.
