An Oregon mum, Mary Palmer-Correa, 49, reportedly forced her 9-year-old daughter to steal packages from other homes to make provisions for the holiday season.
According to NYDailyNews, police sources said Mary drove her daughter around, instructing the little girl to steal packages left on porches.
Officers began investigating a series of thefts where packages were taken from Milwaukie homes after they were delivered and on Dec. 2, a witness snapped a photo of the suspected vehicle and gave investigators a description of the suspect.

Mary was identified and arrested the next day after police in Oregon City searched her home and recovered series of items including books, cups, toys, pillows, a light set and a TV wall mount.
She has been remanded in jail on theft charges.
