Yahoo Parenting reports that 46-year-old J-Lo has a fool-proof way of making sure that she still gets enough sleep despite her busy lifestyle by making the business of her sleep her 7-year-old kids’ jobs. The celebrity mum said,

“I am busy, and they know it. And they know part of their job is helping me get sleep. If I’m sleeping in, they’re very quiet, like, ‘Mummy needs to sleep! She worked late last night!’ We’re a team. Becoming a mum makes you stronger but also more gentle, especially with yourself–and that changes everything.”

The busy celebrity mum who says she is focusing fully on her career and children further shared that if she’s working away from home, she makes sure that she FaceTimes her children every afternoon. She also disclosed that she takes pictures of herself beside her children’s beds when she comes home late at night, saying, “It’s so they know I was there.”
