Driver Allegedly Robs Employer’s Home After 4 Days At Work
A 32-year-old man, Kolawole Atoyebi, allegedly robbed his employer, Mrs. Beatrice Nwaokun, four days after he was employed as a private driver in the Egbe Ikotun area of Lagos. He was arrested and charged before Isolo Magistrates’ court on Wednesday.
According to PMNews, he had duplicated the keys to the four bedroom apartment and made off with N385,000 kept in his boss’ bedroom.

A duplicate of the keys to the whole apartment was recovered from him upon his arrest and he has since confessed to the crime, pleading for time to refund the money.
He pleaded not guilty in court and was remanded in prison custody at Kirkiri pending when he will perfect his bail of N200,000 with two sureties in like sum.
The case was adjourned till 13 January, 2016.
