16-Year-Old Dispels Parents Claims She Was Gang-raped, Tells Police It Was Consensual

A 16-year-old Junior High School student in Ghana reportedly shocked her parents and police officers at the Akyem Tafo District Police Command after dispelling her parents allegations that she was gang-raped, admitting she let the two Senior High School students have sex with her.

The boys had been arrested following her parents’ allegations that she was gang-raped and held hostage for days, however, they were subsequently granted bail after the supposed victim’s shocking revelation.

According to Daily Heritage, the girl said one of the suspects is her boyfriend, so after evening studies one day, she decided to pass the night in his room which he shares with two other friends.

She admitted consentually having sexual intercourse twice with her boyfriend and once with his friend in her boyfriend’s absence, after falling in love with him.
