Do You Use Gas for Cooking? You Need to Read This
A housewife reportedly died due to 65% burns sustained while cooking in her kitchen.
According to reports, she was cooking with her gas cooker when she observed some cockroaches near the kitchen sink, just beside the gas cooker in use. She quickly grabbed a can of insecticide and sprayed it. This resulted in an explosion which had her covered up in flames.
Her husband who rushed in to put out the flames unfortunately got his clothes too caught in the fire and was admitted at the hospital, unaware that his wife was declared dead on arrival.
Please note that all insecticides have highly volatile and inflammable solvents. The atomized nano spray particles are said to spread very rapidly, and with oxygen present in the air, a spark is enough to wreck havoc. Beware!
I read this a couple of years ago so l don’t allow insecticide into the kitchen whether the cooker is on or not.I use insect powder instead

so sad, may her soul rest in peace, I know about this already, not only gas, any fire or flames including stove, lamp tan etc. Once insecticide meet with flame of fire it can cause problems.
I ve heard it on fb but before then I had no idea of it. And I can’t imagine seeing roach in my kitchen. Thanks for you guys on fb. May the woman’s soul rest in peace
