Britain’s Largest Family Expecting 19th Child

British couple, Sue and Noel Radford, who vowed they wouldn’t have more children after the birth of their eightenth child eight months ago, (read here) have announced they are expecting their nineteenth child.

Sue, 40, told the Sun: “It has come as a huge surprise. We were adamant that we wouldn’t have more. But it is a brilliant start to the New Year.”

The couple who are childhood sweethearts run a successful bakery in Morecambe, Lancashire, and raise their huge family without claiming any extra state benefits aside from the regular child benefit.

According to Mirror UK, the couple who are parents to children aged between 8-months to 25 years spend an estimated £30,000 of their own money on their upbringing yearly.

Noel, 45, and Sue, who had their first baby at 14, say they initially planned to have three children but loved the experience so much that they just kept going.
