This Pregnant Woman is Missing

Pictured above is pregnant Habibat Ibrahim Shaba, CEO, Initiative for the Awareness of Cancer in Women, who went missing in Abuja on Saturday, January 30th.

A member of her group on Facebook, Umar Ozioma Hassanat Umar, sent us her photos and a report on her disappearance. Please read below:

The lady in the photos attached is by name Habibat Shaba Ibrahim (Habibat S. Ibrahim on Facebook). She went missing on Saturday (30/01/2016) in Abuja.

The 5 – 6 months pregnant woman had gone to town last Saturday, and on her way back, her car developed mechanical fault. She managed it to her In-law’s house in Gwarimpa and parked it there. She then took Taxi around past 7pm to her house in Kubwa but never got home.

We got to know about her disappearance after her hubby who was not in town and had called her about 30 minutes earlier (around 7:02) called her again (around 7:39) to know if she had gotten home but couldn’t reach her. When he called earlier, she had told him she was on her way back home.

Up till now, her husband said they have not been contacted, so no one knows her whereabouts.
