It’s a Boy! Michael Phelps & Fiance, Nicole Welcome First Child Together

Olympic swimmer, Michael Phelps and fiance, Nicole Johnson welcomed a baby boy on Thursday, May 5th, 2016.

The proud dad took to his Instagram page to announce the arrival of his son, baby Boomer and wrote:

“Welcome Boomer Robert Phelps into the world!!! Born 5-5-2016 at 7:21 pm !!! Healthy and happy!!! Best feeling I have ever felt in my life!!!”@nicole.m.johnson and Boomer both healthy!!!

Phelps also posted a photo on Instagram of him holding the baby with the new mum in the background.

The 22-time Olympic medal winner’s fiance, Nicole Johnson, gave birth to the couple’s first child — Boomer Robert — on Thursday, and Phelps posted a photo of the family to Instagram on Saturday.
