UPDATE: Mariah Carey Demands $50million Compensation From Ex-billionaire Fiancé, James Packer
Mariah Carey, 46, who was dumped by her Australian billionaire fiancé, James Packer, 48, because of her expensive habit (read here), as well as a fall out over her new reality TV show, is demanding $50million for the time she spent with him.
Sources close to the ex-couple tell TMZ :
”Mariah has privately made a demand to James Packer that he needs to pay her $50 million … or else.
Sources connected to the now warring ex-couple said Mariah believes James has cost her tens of millions of dollars, and here’s why:
She claims he got her to move from New York to L.A., uprooting her entire life, so he could be near his kids.
She claims the incident on the yacht in Greece — where she says he did something awful to her assistant has traumatized Mariah so much she had to cancel the South American leg of her tour.
He made various financial promises to her.
No comment from Packer.”
Packer, who proposed to Mariah in January with a $10 million ring, said she could keep the engagement ring.
